ST. LOUIS — Schnuck Markets, the St. Louis-based grocery chain, has selected the first 10 companies in its business accelerator program that seeks to help grow businesses owned by diverse founders.

Schnucks Springboard, which began accepting applications in March, provides education, resources and access to shelf space in select Schnucks stores. The 10 selected companies will receive business development classes at Schnucks’ St. Louis headquarters, networking opportunities, $5,000 in equity-free funding and an in-store product trial at certain Schnucks stores in 2025, provided the businesses meet food safety, insurance and certification requirements.
