Sen. Cory Booker hosts Flint roundtable to tout Harris plan for small businesses | Politics [Video]

FLINT, Mich. (WJRT) – U.S. Senator Cory Booker (D-New Jersey) was in Flint Friday to discuss Vice President Kamala Harris’ goal to help small businesses.

Senator Booker was joined by State Senator and Congressional candidate Kristen McDonald Rivet as well as several local business owners for a roundtable discussion.

“This is an entrepreneurial administration that Harris-Walz will be,” said the Senator. “They really believe in the opportunity economy, and think it’s not about big corporations like Donald Trump gave the biggest record tax breaks to, but it’s about small businesses which is where Harris-Walz will be focusing.”

The New Jersey Senator said Harris and Governor Tim Walz plan to give tax breaks for starting small businesses, as well as no interest rate loans.
