Silicon Prairie Startup Week shines light on Senior Care Finder [Video]

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Silicon Prairie Startup Week is helping businesses that are on the rise across Nebraska celebrate their achievements.

The Lincoln Chamber of Commerce hosted an edition of their “Face the Chamber” series, a luncheon event with speakers that address local issues that impact businesses. Founder and CEO of Senior Care Finder Christie Stukenholtz spoke at the event about her start in the industry.

Stukenholtz started Senior Care Finder in 2022 after struggling to find a list of senior care facilities with unbiased information for a family member.

“I realized I could actually do them here. And so it makes me really proud to be to be building something of significance right here in Nebraska that’s making a nationwide impact,” Stukenholtz said.
