Slick roads cause problems in Mobile, black ice possible again Thursday night [Video]

Officials are advising motorists about remaining patches of ice on roadways.

Cars tried to take a treacherous trip up Wall Street in West Mobile, only to slide right back down.

The house was located on Jim Busby Road.

The Mobile County Water, Sewer & Fire Protection Authority (MCWSFP) has issued a boil water notice for drinking water potentially contaminated due to low pressure in areas south of Laurendine Road.

The snow may be melting away, but the cold air is sticking around. The overnight freeze has done damage to pipes and kept local plumbers very busy. And more people are getting out as roads improve and more businesses reopen.
