County Clerk offices in Onondaga, Cayuga and Madison counties registered 28 new businesses during the week of August 5 through 9.
The businesses included a soccer training business, as well as several craft businesses, among others.
Two corporations were filed in Madison County, one based in Onondaga County that filed cross-county.
