An Upstate mom shares the uphill battle to recovery from her daughter’s cancer and is grateful for where they are now. Kylie Jeter, 3, is an energetic little girl, but just a few years ago, it was a different story.”She was sick for a couple weeks. Having fevers, throwing up constantly.
