Spark Crowdfunding launches private division for high-net-worth investors [Video]

Equity crowdfunding platform Spark Crowdfunding has launched Spark Private, a new division that will provide a personalised private deal flow to its top private clients.

Spark Private will employ the bespoke service model offer by private client stockbrokers, and provide a tailored experience to high-net-worth investors (HNWI), but it will not charge clients any annual fee or commission.

Gary McCarthy will act as CEO of Spark Private, an industry veteran with deep knowledge of investment markets.

“The key offering is exclusive access for HNWI to high calibre investment opportunities,” said McCarthy.

“The HNWIs will have direct access to the founders of these companies that they can meet at private events, and investors will receive relevant market intelligence from a highly experienced team – all at no annual cost or commission.

“Spark Private will cater to our 250 top clients selected from their investment activity and profiles.”
