An “angry” spouse, wondering if she went too far after realizing what her mother-in-law (MIL) had done to their home while they were out of town, has appealed for outside verdicts online.

The original poster (OP), Reddit user Complex-Brilliant983, explained on Jan. 20 that she “completely lost it” within 10 minutes of returning home from a long business trip because of the redecorating her husband’s mom took it upon herself to do.
