ST. LOUIS (First Alert 4) — This week the public will learn how St. Louis leaders plan to spend more than $250 million from a lawsuit settlement over the Rams’ departure from St. Louis.
A spokesperson for the mayor’s office said a bill will be filed this week outlining the plan. On Wednesday, city leaders are going to announce what’s in the bill.
Over the weekend, Mayor Tishaura Jones suggested she is looking to prioritize three areas: improving infrastructures, including roads and water mains, making childcare more affordable, and economic development such as affordable housing and boosting small businesses.
