Storms will dot mid-Michigan through this evening, before ending overnight.
Heavy downpours are expected, due to plenty of humidity in the air.
A few storms may reach severe limits for hail and high wind gusts.
We are under a Marginal Risk (Level 1) for severe weather.
An advancing cold front moves through overnight, with low dipping into the low 60s.
Cooler weather is expected Saturday.
The atmosphere will still be a bit unsettled.
Expect some spotty afternoon showers or even a rumble of thunder.
But, not everyone will get wet.
It will feel a bit more refreshing, as afternoon highs top out in the mid to upper 70s.
Dry weather returns Sunday.We’ll see a lot of sunshine with highs in the low 80s.
There will be additional chances for showers on Monday with scattered rain and thunderstorms Tuesday.
After that, drier weather moves in for the rest of the week.
