PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – Another beautiful day to wrap up the weekend- pretty much a copy-paste from Saturday! We saw a cold start, plenty of sunshine for a pleasant afternoon, and breezier conditions on the east side. It wasn’t quite as windy at the Portland airport as models were indicating last night, so we did drop to 27 degrees overnight. Late afternoon temperatures in the metro area were in the upper 40s and low 50s.
Our forecast hasn’t changed much for the next several days. We should stay dry through the day on Thursday but see increasing cloud cover, and then things get interesting Friday and beyond. Highs will be around 50 degrees for the next few days. What we know for sure is that an active, wet weather pattern is on the way starting with rain or showers early Friday morning.
