Tampa Bay single mom, entrepreneur shares how to manage holiday stress [Video]

TAMPA, Fla. — For many, the holidays are a whirlwind of celebrations, traditions and to-do lists. But for Sarah Spicer, a Tampa Bay entrepreneur and single mom, this season is about finding peace amid extraordinary challenges.

In September, Spicer and her young daughter lost their South Tampa home during Hurricane Helene. Now based temporarily in Orlando, she commutes to Tampa to manage her video production and content creation agency, Elevation House. While the holidays are stressful for many people, Spicer has found ways to thrive through mindfulness, community support and the power of traditions.

“Life has been interesting, to say the least,” Spicer said. “I’ve framed it to my daughter as the adventure of a lifetime. There have been unexpected blessings and moments of love and support from our community.”
