YORK COUNTY, Pa. — A popular York County farmer’s market is closing its doors.
Officials with The Markets at Hanover announced on Facebook that in 2025, the building will transition back to its original intention of being a warehouse.
“As many of you have noticed, The Markets at Hanover looks different than it once did,” officials wrote on Facebook. “We have loved celebrating [small business success stories] over the course of the past 10 years. However, since 2020, we noticed a different trend in visitors to the Markets and recognize that our current model is no longer working.”
Officials also wrote that they are helping remaining vendors find new homes. Anyone aware of available spaces has been asked to reach out to The Markets at Hanover.
