Highs soar back to the 80s to end the week

TUCSON, Ariz. (KGUN) — A cold start to this Monday, with most temps starting in the 30s.
Highs will only warm a few degrees, staying 8-10° below normal.
Expect a warm-up the second half of the week as high pressure aloft builds over the area.
