TPD needs communitys help tracking down two robbers [Video]

TAMPA, Fla., (WFLA) — The Tampa Police Department is asking for the community’s help finding two suspects accused of stealing jewelry from the Westshore Plaza Mall this week.

Police said the robbers were covered head to toe while smashing cases at Prince Jewlers inside the mall.

8 On Your Side spoke with the businessman next-door, he said they immediately knew something was wrong when he heard a woman screaming.

The normal hustle and bustle at the Westshore Plaza Mall turned out to be anything but, after Prince Jewelers was robbed Wednesday.

“I heard the noise, and the lady was screaming, and when they came out, I saw the guys taking all the jewels,” said Miguel Martinez.
