Fiona Egan and Yvonne O’Byrne have joined Beauchamps as partners in the legal firm’s projects, infrastructure & energy and corporate practices.
Egan joins from Arthur Cox and has experience in construction and projects.
She specialises in both contentious and non-contentious cases across energy and renewables, infrastructure, large scale commercial and residential schemes, manufacturing and logistics.
Egan has a proven track record in advising clients in the public and private sectors, including developers, local authorities, utilities, contractors, sub-contractors, lending institutions and investment funds.
O’Bryne is a corporate partner specialising in M&A and financial services regulation.
She also has extensive experience in governance, compliance, risk management and privacy, having worked at Clyde & Co.
