As Vermonters continue to face the impacts of the housing crisis, a new coalition has started to address the issue.The initiative is called Let’s Build Homes, and it brings together over 100 organizations with a mission to bring relief and revitalize communities across the state. It is led by former Burlington Mayor Miro Weinberger and officially launched Tuesday in Montpelier. Aiming to tackle Vermont’s severe shortage of affordable housing, the coalition is promoting the construction of new developments. “Let’s Build Homes is a critical step towards addressing this crisis.
