The Washington County election staff said they are preparing for a busy Nov. 5 election.Elections Director Jennifer Price said preparations for Election Day are going smoothly. On Wednesday, the public had a chance to interact with the voting equipment to see how it works. Voters got a close look at the tablets, machines, and devices used to cast votes for elected officials.“We want to instill that trust so voters will actually come and vote.
