Waterland Ireland has completed the acquisition of Cork-headquartered heat pump installer EnviroBead to add to its growing NetZero Group.
The private equity group’s deal to buy EnviroBead marks its fifth strategic acquisition since forming NetZero Group late last year.
NetZero is now Ireland’s largest decarbonisation-focused group with a combined workforce of more than 700 people and turnover of €150m.
EnviroBead employs over 135 people and specialises in the installation and maintenance of heat pumps as well as the installation of cavity wall, attic, and external wall insulation.
Its clients include local authorities, approved housing bodies, and private homeowners, focusing primarily on the residential market.
