NBC News has been reporting on how Donald Trump has declined to sign an ethics agreement that would force him to disclose who is funding his transition, in exchange for federal matching funds. Now, the New York Times explains that by refusing to sign, Trump’s team is raising untraceable sums of money from unknown sources, both domestic and foreign.
