Womens Leadership Alliance hosts Year End Celebration in Tuscaloosa [Video]

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (WBRC) – A group of female leaders in West Alabama wanted to close out 2024 on a high note, bringing dozens of women together to discuss strategies that could help them build towards a successful 2025.

The Women’s Leadership Alliance of the Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama welcomed those ladies to its year-end celebration.

Business owners, along with elected and community leaders who are women, attended the conference sponsored by the University of Alabama and Junior League of Tuscaloosa.

They celebrated what women in the Tuscaloosa-area accomplished during the year.

Tracy Croom, the first female Finance Director and City Clerk for Tuscaloosa, who currently works for the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, was the guest speaker.

She talked to the group about building their own personal board of directors, networking, and the importance of building personal and professional relationships.
