Baltimore’s top prosecutor announced indictments against five police officers in three separate cases.Baltimore City State’s Attorney Ivan Bates said the offenses include assault, reckless endangerment, excessive force, theft, various traffic violations and misconduct in office.”Wearing the badge of law enforcement and taking an oath to protect and serve the residents of Maryland is an honor and a privilege.
