Welcome to this channel about French real estate. I am Pierre Guillery, and I am the French property coach.

I have an US business MBA, I have also lived in the UK and Ireland and I got my real estate licence in 2011 – so that’s over 10 years’ experience working for foreigners buying or selling in France.

On this channel, I answer all the questions I have been asked over the years, in different video formats: the French real estate minute, that’s well, in a few minutes, the French real estate agent workshop is about 50 minutes long – and others are longer.
