Attorneys for Alec Baldwin, are still trying to get his involuntary manslaughter charges dismissed.His charges connected to the 2021 shooting death of Halyna Hutchins at the set of “Rust.”Baldwin’s lawyers are arguing that the charges need to be dropped because the prosecution failed to give the grand jury information that would have cleared the famous actor.They are also claiming the prosecution questioned witnesses to elicit false information.”They are saying, the whole case was twisted in its presentation to the grand jury,” KOAT Legal Expert John Day said. “Things that we wanted presented weren’t presented.
