BTS members are currently on a hiatus to complete their mandatory military service and focus on their solo projects. Amid their absence, the group and its agency have been involved in the controversy after ADOR’s CEO Min Hee Jin had a fallout with HYBE Corporation’s chairman Bang Si-Hyuk. BTS got caught in another online debate after the group was accused of being part of a controversial cult known as Dahn World.
Several netizens have linked Dahn World and BTS as the six members attended Global Cyber University, which was founded by Dahn World’s founder Ilchi Lee. Global Cyber University released a strong statement after these accusations surfaced on the internet and said that they will take legal action as well.
