BRANSON, Mo. (KY3) — Branson Fire Station 4 officially opened for business on Wednesday.
The new $5 million facility is on Champagne Boulevard in southwest Branson. Branson Fire Department Chief Ted Martin says this is one of the most modernized facilities he’s seen in his 30-year career.
“We’re excited that we’re fulfilling that public safety tax passed just a few years ago to build a facility and staff it to the south side of Branson,” said Chief Martin.
Branson voters passed a half-cent public safety sales tax to fund it in 2017.
