Cooler weather sticks around for start of week before temps warm back up [Video]

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – After a rainy, cooler day on Sunday, temperatures will stay in the 60s to start the week before warming back up to normal after Monday.

Today: Mostly sunny, cool, comfortable 60s
Tonight: Clear and cold, frost possible outside of Charlotte
Rest of Week: Seasonal 70s, low, mid-week rain chance

Mostly sunny but cool conditions on the way for the rest of our Monday. Highs will only reach the low to mid 60s in most neighborhoods.

Tonight will be clear and cold. Charlotte will dip down to near 40 degrees, but outlying areas will fall into the mid to upper 30s, where patchy frost will be possible in the morning hours.

Near-normal temperatures return for the rest of the week with highs in the mid 70s!
