SPOKANE, Wash. – Those impacted by the 2023 Gray and Oregon Road wildfires have until April 20 at 3 p.m. to submit applications to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Small Business Administration (SBA).

With the deadline just two days away, Spokane County has recommended individuals planning on applying to start the process by registering with FEMA online.

For those seeking support from the SBA, the quickest way to enroll is to visit either of the two disaster Resource Centers in Elk-Chattaroy and Medical Lake. Individuals may also enroll through SBA’s website, through email, or over the phone.

Both centers are open on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Spokane County has also urged impacted individuals to take advantage of their Wildfire Recovery Resources available online.
