Dilip Buildcon Q3 Results | Net profit declines 3%, but revenue up 24% [Video]

Infrastructure company Dilip Buildcon Ltd on Monday (February 12) reported a 3.2% year-on-year (YoY) decline in net profit at ₹107.4 crore for the third quarter that ended December 31, 2023.

In the corresponding quarter last year, Dilip Buildcon posted a net profit of ₹111 crore, the company said in a regulatory filing. The company’s revenue from operations increased 23.9% to ₹2,876.8 crore against ₹2,322.4 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal.

At the operating level, the EBITDA stood at ₹377 crore in the third quarter of this fiscal over ₹157.2 crore in the corresponding period in the previous fiscal. The EBITDA margin stood at 13.1% in the reporting quarter against 6.8% in the year-ago period. EBITDA is earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation.

The results came after the close of the market hours. Shares of Dilip Buildcon Ltd ended at ₹386.05, down by ₹25.80, or 6.26%, on the BSE.
