Nearly 100 restaurants across Minnesota have committed to donating a portion of their profits to The Aliveness Project on Thursday.

MINNEAPOLIS — Dining Out For Life is back for the 30th year on Thursday, April 25, 2024.

Nearly 100 restaurants across Minnesota have committed to donating a portion of their profits to The Aliveness Project, a community center for people living with HIV and AIDS.

“Today, a young person in Minnesota will learn they have HIV. This is unacceptable. In 2024 we have the knowledge and the tools to end this epidemic. But we lack the funding and will. Join us in making a difference so that tomorrow doesn’t look like today.” said Matt Toburen, executive director of The Aliveness Project the beneficiary of Dining Out For Life, in a news release.

Toburen and Raquelle Lenoir, who serves on the Board of Directors of The Aliveness Project, spoke to KARE 11 about Dining Out for Life.
