JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Today: It was a very mild morning to start off this work week and temperatures will continue to be on the warm side for the rest of this evening still sitting in the upper 70s. Partly cloudy skies are expected to continue throughout the rest of today. The rain will hold off for tonight but moisture from the gulf will continue moving in, making it feel muggy at times this evening as temperatures bottom out in the 60s.

Tuesday: Your Tuesday morning will be a bit muggy with temperatures already warming up into the upper 60s and low 70s. Mostly cloudy skies will continue throughout the day as temperatures climb into the mid 80s.
