📍What is TM M?
TM M is form use to modify the Trademark application form. It can only be exercise during the registration process i.e. after registration details can’t be amend through this form. The main objective of TM-M is to resolve the typographic and clerical errors at the time of filing of Trademark application.

📍Who can initiate TM-M Filing?
An applicant can initiate modification in Trademark application before the registration, however registrar of trademark also request to initiate the TM-M by exercising his adjudicating powers as provided in Trademark Act and
Trademark Rules for the betterment of application.

📍What is the Fee of Filing TM-M?
Official government Fee for filing TM-M is Rs.900

📍What changes are acceptable in TM-M Form?
TM-M Form can be use for minor changes in application, Generally clerical or typographic errors like name, address and deletion of any word in same class. However the amendment is only accepted if it is not change the nature of application. Hence amending the word mark , user date, class are not allowed through this form and in case of Device Form Trademark changing the whole device or color are not allow.
