A business-minded university student has been proving people wrong by owning her very own restaurant – at just 21 years of age.
Olivia Hughes started her business when she was 18 years old by opening a small café called The Hungry Goat in Dungannon, County Tyrone, in Northern Ireland.
She eventually turned it into a fully functioning restaurant with more than 20 staff members.
The young entrepreneur is also completing a degree in business management while running her busy restaurant, which takes up between 70 to 80 hours of her time each week.
However, the young business owner admits she’s had to work harder to prove herself because of her age.
