In short, it depends on who you’re working with! This has been the longest career I’ve been in, so yes it’s been stable for me.
Basically:
1. Attract high quality clients by being a high quality VA
2. Try to work with established companies or business owners
3. If you don’t work with established businesses, work on having several of these clients and not just relying on 1 for income.
4. Work on package pricing over hourly
5. Try to get clients to sign with you for several months vs. month-by-month
