A line of strong-to-severe weather has arrived in Kansas City. The metro remains under a tornado watch until 4 a.m. on Tuesday morning. ALERT DAY LIVE UPDATES: 11:47 p.m. — The National Weather Service has allowed the tornado warning for Jackson County, Missouri to expire. It is continuing the tornado warning for Lafayette and Ray counties. 11:44 p.m. — The Cass County Sheriff’s Office is reporting a funnel cloud south of Crieghton. 11:43 p.m. — A new tornado warning has been issued for Johnson County, Missouri. 11:40 p.m. — Both tornado warnings are for radar-indicated storms.
