LLC, S-Corp or Sole Prop – Which One Is Right For You? [Video]

In this video I discuss three common types of business structure. Sole Proprietorships, Limited Liability Companies and S-Corporations. I discuss the pros/cons of each and let you know what each is best suited to. We will be digging deeper into the different elements needed to start a business over the next few weeks. At the end of the business, I share with you the business structure I currently use for my business.

Note: Talking about this video from the technical video production view, this is that third video where I have a script and am reading from a teleprompter. As you can see, I’m still getting the hang of this skill. Reading while keeping connected with you the viewer, and not looking like reading!!! Some parts I do just that, but for the most part I’m not. I will still post these videos, even though they are not perfect. This is all part of the learning process, just do it!!! Get a little better next time. One thing I notice I did not do here, was occasionally look away from the camera lens, to make it look like I was thinking. So, in my next video, I’ll be practicing that. The channel is still tiny, so not a lot of people will see it any way. And if they do, then the channel is bigger and they are looking at older content.
