MACNY Offers Free Manufacturing Training for ‘Real Life Rosies’ | Community [Video]

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) — The Manufacturers Association of NY or MACNY is holding a free training from April through June for women interested in learning more about a career in advanced manufacturing. 

From April 10–June 28, the classes are Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4:30–7:30 p.m. at the Utica MVCC campus.

Job interviews are guaranteed with up to six local companies. 

There is help available for clothing and work supplies. 

There is no cost to participate, and there is even a $1,000 stipend available for those who complete the program!

To make it even easier, transportation and childcare are available to women interested in taking part in the training.
