Mayor Woodfin calls for publics help in solving recent homicides [Video]

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – During Tuesday’s city council meeting, Mayor Randall Woodfin called on the public’s help to solve several recent homicides. Woodfin says BPD is doing everything they can to walk down and investigate every lead in these cases, but he says they desperately need your help.

One of the ways you can help is through Birmingham Connect. It’s where you can register your private or business cameras like Ring by telling BPD you have them and if a crime occurs in your area, you would be willing to share the footage. The mayor urges the community to do its part and help them in this effort to bring swift justice to grieving families.
