New medical hub/mixed used development planned for Alabama [Video]

Hoover city leaders have plans for the city to become a hub for health technology and life sciences. They discussed that at an innovation summit on Thursday. Part of that plan is to develop some property off Riverchase Parkway.Right now the old region’s south building sits empty, the parking deck next door, eerily quiet. But Hoover city leaders are hoping to turn this space into a health and wellness village.
