After a three-day manhunt for the person suspected of killing New Mexico State Police Officer Justin Hare is now over, we are learning more about the man he was to his community. “Remember, remember him,” said a distraught Sgt. Wade Strand with the Logan Police Department. He was a coach for Peewee. He was at the school on a daily basis. Huge family man, loved his kids, loved his family, loved his girlfriend,” Strand said.
