The Art & Science of Emotional Skills For Entrepreneurial Success seminar at Nile University [Video]

We were honored to hold our Seminar on “The Art & Science of Emotional Skills For Entrepreneurial Success” last Sunday conducted by Dr. Maha Aly in cooperation with NilePreneurs at The Value Chain Center, Nile University. The seminar discussed how emotions affect entrepreneurial behavior and control the process of decision-making, as well as how this change of behavior can impact the people around the entrepreneurs whom they deal with on a daily basis. It also tackled the presence of a set of solutions tailored for such emotional roller-coaster that entrepreneurs go through, so they find a way out of the annual 30-43% startup failure due to emotional blockages only. This solution is suggested by IEEERS through offering different programs including Transformational Coaching Sessions that are customized for entrepreneurs in each phase, to deeply coach them on how to build a mindset that is more conducive to entrepreneurship and increase their entrepreneurial performance to achieve better results.
