Former President Donald Trump asserted that the the falsification of business records case he finds himself embroiled in “should have never been brought” before walking into the courtroom on day two of his trial Tuesday.

“This is a trial that should have never been brought. It’s a trial that is being looked upon and looked at all over the world. The court that they’re looking at and analyzing it.
