U.S. Paralympic Teams for Wheelchair Basketball to be announced for the Paris Summer Games after Spring into Victory event [Video]

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – The U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum is celebrating the start of the spring season, with a ‘Spring into Victory’ event on Saturday starting Saturday at 11 a.m. and ending at 3 p.m.

The museum said attendees will get to meet Team USA athletes, like U.S. figure skater and 2014 Olympic bronze medalist in team event, Gracie Gold, according to Tommy Schield, the museum’s chief marketing, communications, and programs officer.

There also will be two kid zones where kids can stand on a podium, create their own medals, participate in interactive games, and even write personal letters to their favorite Team USA athletes.

The museum says guest can take tours throughout the building and get a feel and experience for the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic history throughout the years with ‘America’s greatest athletes’. Guests can even hold an Olympic torch. The Olympic torches are showcased, with …
