US Tax Haven for Non-Residents – Best Company Structure?

βœ… Company Formation In All 50 States: https://businessanywhere.io/business-registration/

In this video I talk about the pros and cons of forming a C-CORP or LLC in the US as a non-US resident.

I clarify that there’s no such thing as a “US corporation” – companies are registered at the STATE level.

For C-corps, Delaware is ideal if you plan to raise money from investors or get large credit lines, but it’s a HASSLE otherwise.

The US is actually the world’s largest TAX HAVEN for non-US persons who don’t have nexus/permanent establishment.

LLCs offer flexible structure and pass-through taxation – great for non-US residents without nexus.
