I have been an on-time paying customer of AT&T for many years. Recently, I was notified that my passcode had been compromised. Following that notification, I was sent a notice that, if I do not change to paperless billing, my bill will be going up by $10 a month.
In light of the compromise on my account, why would I then give credit card/bank account information to this company? Time to look for another provider.
