Azure Communications appoints new CEO after achieving 5m in turnover [Video]

Print and digital communications agency Azure Communications has appointed Jenny Johnston, formerly of JYSK and Kilkenny Design, as CEO as it celebrates 10 years in business.

Johnston is expected to spearhead growth, and bring experience in Irish and international retail and marketing, scaling businesses and leadership roles in the retail sector to the role as the company seeks to scale in the UK.

Azure, which counts the HSE, JYSK, Prepay Power and Hidden Hearing among its clients, saw growth of 211% from 2021 and 2022 and consolidated on its success with record revenues of €5m last year.

Azure has launched a new digital communications and marketing arm as it embarks on its next phase of expansion, and plans to invest €1m in the new service offering over the next three years.
