Jonas Kerda, born in 2007, discovered his fascination for music as a small child.
He received his first piano lessons at the age of 4. In addition to numerous concerts, master classes and successful participation in competitions with first prizes, he began composing at the age of nine. Since then he has received composition lessons and his pieces have been performed several times. His interest in music continues with improvisation and music theory, which he takes lessons in.

Laura Engelmann, born in 1998, is one of the leading young mandolinists in Germany and has won several international and national competitions. In 2022, she was accepted into the prestigious German Academic Scholarship Foundation.
She regularly performs as a soloist and chamber musician, works as a juror for comeptitions and teaches at seminars throughout Germany. She conducts three orchestras and works as a teacher for mandolin and early music education at a music school. She also does voluntary work for the plucked string orchestra scene and founded the “Bundesjugendzupforchester”.
Since 2018 she has been studying mandolin and baroque mandolin with Prof. Caterina Lichtenberg, currently in her master’s degree.
