The ONLY Business Plan You Need as a New Coach
Do you need a coaching BUSINESS PLAN? No.
Plans don’t predict success. Although it’s great to spend some time planning your coaching business, don’t spend more than a few days doing so. No plan survives the battlefield, and no amount of research will give you all the right moves, before you start actually IMPLEMENTING your plan.
The best plan is an ACTION PLAN that clarifies two things.
Number one, a SHORT TERM GOAL that defines initial progress in your business. For instance, getting your first paying client.
Number two, the top few ACTIONS that you think will help you reach that goal.
That’s it. Much more detail beyond that is more of a way to PROCRASTINATE, rather than helping you achieve a better outcome in your coaching business.
