After realizing that there was an escape from the “rat race,” Angel made it his mission to invest in real estate no matter how daunting the task seemed. Thanks to his service in the Army, Angel could take advantage of no-money-down mortgages…but these only got him so far. He slowly started building a portfolio of primary residences, and after he moved out of each one, they became rental properties.
