You know, a lot of coaches think that NETWORKING is some superficial activity, where they just need to get a bunch of business cards, and get a bunch of phone numbers, and it’s like a numbers game. And there’s no doubt, the more people you know, the better potential opportunities you might have. But there’s much more DEPTH to it.
Everything that you want in your coaching business, SOMEBODY ELSE HAS, and they need to WANT to give it to you, or share it with you, or open the door for the opportunity for you.
Why would they do that, though?
Well, the reason is that they want to offer it.
They’re motivated to offer it. And that either means because you have something of value to give them in exchange, like a transactional way of relating. Or, they just love you so much… They just care about you so much… You’ve already given so much to them, that they want to RECIPROCATE it.
So, as a coach, you already know how to add value to somebody’s life. You already know how to help somebody. You already can change somebody’s life, or business, or some part of their life for the better. The more you do that, the more doors open for you, no matter what fee you might’ve charged on the way there.
